I'm sick. Swollen lymph gland on the back of my head. Throat feels like I've been breathing through my mouth for about a week, only I can breathe fine, it just hurts. A word of advice for those who care: Don't eat fondue when you're sick. You'll regret it. Even if you're not nauseous, you probably will be afterwards. We've had fondue two nights in a row. Enough already, I can't take it anymore.

I'm getting my eyes checked tomorrow. Mom and I nearly had a fight about me getting new glasses. I know contacts are relatively expensive, but I also know that my perscription has changed in the two years since my eyes were checked, and I know that these frames don't fit my face anymore (Bendy stems are the devil).

We're going to the Rainforest Cafe for supper, though, so that should be interesting.

I hurt.
