Dear North Bay Transit,
Your service is unreliable at best. On countless occasions I have been late for classes and/or been delayed from going home for as much as 45 minutes because of your incomprehensible schedule and general disregard for the proper procedures by which a transit authority should be run. In short, you can kiss my ass.

Dear NUSU,
A student union is supposed to look out for the best interests of the students it represents. You have a governance package that you designed which is legally binding to the way the student union is supposed to be run. In the future, please follow it. The students are not stupid, and they pay your salaries; therefore you are accountable to us. Please remember this the next time you try to shaft us up the ass.
