Oh yeah. So, not too much is new. My psych exam went reasonably well. Or not so much at all--the multiple choice was stupid (but Murphy's usually is) and I didn't know the answers to any of the short answers, but I made stuff up and as long as I get at least a 50 on this and 50 on the essay I should have a 62 or something in the class...so hopefully that's a good sign.
Not much else is new except that I'm returning home tomorrow to have my wisdom teeth out, then I should be returning to North Bay sometime after that. Apparently we're being contacted by the people at Ste. Marie in regards to the strike--they basically want to know if we'll cross the picket line. I'm pretty sure i have no desire to do so, even though I currently have no job here in North Bay rock city. Bah.
Anyhow, I have to call mi padre and see what he thinks.
Yesterday Kori and I went to visit our beloved Professor H. at his home because his landlords/friends/neighbours' cat had kittens and Kori wants one. It was realy cool--she had six kittens, and they were only 2.5 weeks on, so they were very tiny. So soft and sweet and fuzzy. I really wanted the little ginger one but I've been told (by Monty) that I cant' have a cat unless it comes with a good recipe. Bastard.
Professor H. is so cool. His house was quite neat--he has a map of France that was used in WWI in his study, all framed and matted. (He did his thesis on Sigfried Sassoon, a WWI poet). He has an amazing collection of books, too--I had book envy. I want to be cultured again, dammit. Apparently he went to UBC once upon a time. It is unfortunate that he's returning to Toronto for next year. I'll miss him.
