okay, so my attempt at an after-dinner entry was not so much of a success. You see, I was busy working myself into something of a nervous frenzy at this point, which resulted in a headache and lots of nervous nausea.

The reason for all of this was simply an outing to the surprise birthday party of a friend. Which was all well and good, except that this was my first encounter with GravityMan since our disastrous last conversation nearly a month ago, and also since he had discovered that I am dating Mike. So, of course, I'm the first person to show up, and he, of course, is the second. Holy awkward, Batman. He had brought an old friend along, whom I hadn't seen in a long time, so it was good to see her. GM largely ignored me, which was fine, although awkward.

I didn't really have much fun. But I'll continue this lamenting later, I have to go to Barrie now.
