Another school year is now halfway complete. Huzzah, huzzah. Which means I am now exactly 1/2 of the way through my post-secondary education. If I even make it that far, of course.
I got a couple of my marks back yesterday, which was good. I got an 83 on the Brebeuf presentation, and a 90 on the process report Steph and I wrote about it. Combined they total 15% of my final mark, so I feel much better now about Canadian Lit. I wish it was a feeling that extended to my other classes, but it's not. Sadly.
I've been spending stupid amounts of money on Christmas shopping. Actually, I haven't been spending much more than I usually do, but I guess it feels like that because I have more people to buy for. I'm still somewhat in the dark about what i should get Mike, but I know I'll figure it out somehow. I've gotten some pretty neat presents for other people so far, though. We're doing the roommates' christmas on Friday, I think, so I need to get some wrapping paper etc. today.
So for the rest of today, I am helping the Mathman with his shopping, studying with a girl I knew in high school for the Canadian History exam on Saturday, and working on my 20th century essay. Which is due tomorrow at 4. Which I ha ve barely started. Because I am LAME.
I'm writing about tarot imagery in the Waste Land, though, so at least it's somewhat interesting.
