Ah...it's so good to be done school and to have a whole day in which my biggest goal is to make myself a steak sandwich for lunch. Mmm, steak sandwich...
We went to Sudbury yesterday. The initial purpose of the trip was to see 'Die Another Day' but as I'd already promised Mike I'd see it with him I ended up seeing the Harry Potter movie for the second time with Mathman and Kori while Ben saw Bond.
Sudbury, despite its Taco Bell factor, is pretty scary. Greengrl has a pretty good entry on the commercialism of Christmas today, and I'm inclined to agree with her on a lot of levels. I don't like crowds of people much at best, but man, malls at Christmas time are the pits.
I did, however, get some cool Care Bear bootlaces for my winter boots, so that made me happy.
I made an awesome roadtrip CD for us (well, I liked it!) and included some Stuart McLean and the Vinyl Café, which Benjamin, Mathman and myself are going to see tonight. I'm pretty excited for this, as I adore Stuart McLean. If you can find any of his stories on Kazaa, I highly recommend them.
