Argh. One more days down. I got my package from amazon.ca, so now I have the sweet, sweet goodness that is the O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack and Madeleine L'Engle's A Wrinkle In Time series--4 of my favourite books ever.
So. Two more days of class until this year is over. History class is over forever now. I liked it lots. I'm taking Themes In Canadian Social History next year, which is apparently dry like the dustbowl in the 30s, but not excessively difficult.
I'm trying to write an essay on the 18th century and print culture, with specific reference to Town and Country magazine and Sheridan's School for Scandal. It's like trying to reinvent a wheel. A wheel that spells b-o-r-i-n-g. Mostly because I can't find any really relevant resources on Town and Country.
It's just been a fecking weird couple of days. I'm at loose ends, definitely. I really need to be in Elmvale right now. I think things with Mike would go much easier if I was 20 minutes away instead of 150+. On the whole, I could just really do with a whole lot less of everybody in my life right now. Except internet people. They're cool, yo.
There was an inflatable man in the shower this morning. It scared me. Although, I must say that I seriously question the value of an inflatable man without any holes of any kind in him. Or 'attachments' for that matter.
