the rhythm of my heart is beating like a drum

Yeah. So Hal is now mostly better, and has in fact been upgraded to 2fast2furious status with a 2 gigi celeron processor. Wicked awesome, or at least it will be if I ever get him back from the computer store. They were able to salvage most of the hard drive, too, which is even better.

Not much new today. Talked to Lauren, and am trying to book my ticket to Scotland. I'm getting one for just over $700, which is great. I'm really excited about this whole Scotland thing. I recently found out from my Uncle Lloyd (our family's resident genealogist) that my great-grandfather came to Canada as a child to work (that's what colonies are for, after all, getting rid of the over-crowding) from Scotland. So I am both a Gordon and an Orr.

I deposited my rent cheques today at the bank. I actually went into the bank, which is unusual for me, since I normally prefer the ABM. Now I remember why. The lady at the bank was nice enough, but she told me there would be a five day hold on my cheques, and I was all like 'woah! no there won't!' because if I deposit them through the ABM they're cashed instantly. So she ended up calling and getting a dispensation from her supervisor to cash them, so it was all good in the end. In the future I will try to remember that the ABMm is my friend.

We shot the next part of Trevor's movie last night; the final bridge scenes. My knee is all banged up as a result. If I ever make another movie, I definitely know better than to do my own stunts. Hurray for bruises. Inspite of that, it's been a good experience on the whole. I'm not much of an actress, but it has been interesting to see the other side of things.

I haven't much else to add. Anyone want to ask me anything?
